COALITION FOR THE HOMELESS OF CENTRAL
FLORIDA
Orlando, FL – Longwood based,
Comprehensive Energy Services, Inc. (CES), along with Scott
Stahley and Ed Price of Lincoln Property Company of Florida,
recently donated mechanical craftsmen labor, equipment & materials
to the Coalition for the Homeless of Central Florida’s Women’s
Residential and Counseling Center (WRCC). The transitional housing
facility’s hot water system had been in dire need of replacement
since December 2007. CES, along with Scott Stahley and Ed Price
with Lincoln Property Company of Florida, teamed up to donate their
time, money, installation labor and equipment to complete this
project, five weeks ahead of schedule. The project’s retail value
was approximately $35,000.00 and consisted of one commercial boiler
and one hot water circulating pump that provided the hot water for
the entire facility. Industrial Engineering of Orlando also
participated in this project by providing the new boiler at a
reduced cost, as well as an upgraded model compared to the existing
system. “This was a critically important project for the women and
children living in our 126-bed Women’s Residential and Counseling
Center. We are very grateful to Todd S. Morgan, President of CES,
and Scott Stahley and Ed Price at Lincoln Property Company of
Florida, for their leadership in the community and for making this
major project a reality,” said Brent A. Trotter President/CEO for
the Coalition for the Homeless of Central Florida.
