COMPREHENSIVE ENERGY SERVICES, INC. (CES) LAUNCHES ENERGY SOLUTION
SERVICES LINE TO HELP BUILDINGS LOWER OPERATING COSTS AND CARBON
FOOTPRINT
Orlando, FL –
Longwood based, Comprehensive Energy Services, Inc. (CES)
is pleased to announce the launch of its new line of
Energy Solutions Services aimed at helping building
owners and managers lower operating costs, particularly in the area
of energy. With its recent acquisition of the
BuildingAdvice and Vykon/Tridium building automation system
technologies, CES has vastly enhanced its detailed energy
assessments of buildings, as well as estimated financial impact of
proposed improvements. CES is uniquely positioned to
help building owners and managers understand and then realize the
best opportunities for energy cost savings.
“We believe that ‘Green’ is a strategy to increase profitability and
asset value by lowering both operating costs and carbon footprint.
Building owners and CFOs face rising operating costs and slowing
rents. Our green building program will help. We are now
able to provide an even greater economic value to our service
customers because of our ability to solve energy problems and lower
overall operating costs,” says Scott Wallick, CES Vice President of
Service.
“Green
buildings are clearly achieving higher rents and higher occupancy,
they have lower operating costs, and they’re achieving higher sale
prices,”
says Andrew Florence, President and CEO CoStar, the #1 Commercial
Real Estate Information Company.
Energy costs are the single largest controllable cost in most
commercial buildings. Nationally, electric rates have increased
over 20%+ over the past 3 years. Utilities, including electricity,
now represent on average 40% – 60% of a building’s total operating
costs.
CES’s Energy Solution process identifies energy savings
opportunities, implements an appropriate action plan to achieve ROI
(return on investment saving$) in a very straightforward and cost
effective method.
A statewide, recognized leader in Design-Build-Maintain
Mechanical Contracting, CES provides a full range of
commercial/industrial heating, ventilation, air conditioning and
plumbing services, including; design, construction, service,
controls, refrigeration and maintenance. National winner of the
Mechanical Contractor of the Year Award,
CES celebrates its sixteenth year
in business and also has been ranked among the University of
Florida’s Top 100 Fastest Growing Private
Companies in Florida. Headed by 35-year Florida
contracting veteran Todd S. Morgan, P.E., President, CES
specializes in service, design build, high tech and conventional
commercial projects. Completed projects include: Florida Hospital
Kissimmee, Central Energy Plant, Crystal Photonics Clean Room,
Florida Hospital FISH Memorial Patient Tower addition, Universal
Studios attractions including The Simpsons, Terminator 2-3D,
Twister, Men in Black Alien Attack, Shrek 3-D, Revenge of the Mummy
and Disney’s Coronado Springs Exhibit Hall Expansion.
