HVAC Tuneup (Retrofit)
  • Save up to 20 percent on cooling and heating costs
  • Receive an incentive of $25 per ton
  • One-time incentive
  • Incentive cannot exceed 50 percent of total project cost

Rooftop Recommissioning (Retrofit)
  • Tuneup for packaged rooftop heating and cooling system to improve efficiency
  • Receive an incentive of $25 per ton per unit serviced
  • One-time incentive
  • Incentive cannot exceed 50 percent of the total project cost
  • RTU Commissioning Form
Chiller Tuneup (Retrofit)
  • A more efficient chiller system could save 20 percent on cooling costs
  • Receive an incentive of $5 per ton
  • Incentive cannot exceed 50 percent of the total project cost
  • One-time incentive

PTAC/PTHP Coil Cleaning (Retrofit)
  • Save up to 20 percent on heating and cooling bill
  • Receive an incentive of $20 per unit for PTHP/PTAC, $20 per ton for all other units.

  • Receive an incentive of $50 per ton for qualifying equipment

  • Incentives range from $200 to $375 per unit

Energy Recovery Ventilation (Retrofit & New Construction)
  • Receive an incentive of $1.40/CFM
  • Reclaim heated or cooled air exhaust to preconditioned induced outdoor air
  • ERV must be a minimum of 450 CFM and meet AHRI 1060 rating of greater than 65 percent of winter effectiveness at 100 percent air flow
Unitary AC Systems and Heat Pumps > 65,000 Btu/h (Retrofit & New Construction)
  • Receive an incentive of $75 per ton for installing qualifying equipment
  • More efficient cooling saves money every month
  • Comfortable Environment inside buildings can increase worker productivity
Packaged Terminal Heat Pumps and Air Conditioners (PTHPs/PTACs) Replacing less efficient PTACs (Retrofit)
  • Receive an incentive of $100 per ton for qualifying equipment
  • Single package vertical heat pumps may qualify for an incentive of $75 per ton
Demand Control Ventilation (Retrofit & New Construction)
  • Low investment and improved comfort
  • Reduced need to heat or cool excessive amounts of outside air
  • Receive an incentive of $50 per ton controlled
  • Incentive cannot exceed 50 percent of total project cost
