CES is rallying together to assist the Seminole County Public Schools System in providing food each weekend to children in need of this service.
There are over 1800 children in Seminole County that are part of homeless families or families in transition from being homeless. Providing for the needs of the child are paramount, however, preserving their dignity is important as well.
Rather than creating dependency, the Red Bag Project hopes to empower the family to move on and no longer need the services of the food pantry.
For Christmas, CES held a charity drive for Toys for Tots. It can be hard to keep track of finances around the Holidays but here at CES, we always try to remember to remember the spirit of giving around this time and give back to those in need. It was another successful drive this year, with many employees donating. Keep in mind, Toys for Tots is always collecting.
For Thanksgiving, CES held a charity drive to collect food for those in need.
After collecting boxes and cans for this pallet full of food, everything was donated to the Second Harvest Food Bank.

Our plan is to provide gifts for each of the children while they are here and buy them tickets to go to Disney as well, since they are not having that provided for them. We completed a charity drive for cash donations and gifts. Details on the Families:
